2008.314.1-12: 13 Grabados
PrintsThis cover of a booklet of prints has the artist’s name “SIQUEIROS” printed vertically up the left side in large block letters, sandwiched by two bold lines. The portfolio’s Spanish language title, “13 GRABADOS” runs horizontally at upper center right, with the “13” in large type, set on a line over the smaller “Grabados”. Within a heavy black line below that, the words, “Con prefacio de Spratling” appear, hand carved in white. Below this is an empty white block, extending to another line of text along the bottom. At the upper and lower edges of this block are small torn pieces of orange paper with black marks.
