Partners Event: Reception and Exhibition Tour of Made in Germany?

Join curators Lynette Roth and Peter Murphy for light refreshments and an in-depth tour of the special exhibition Made in Germany? Art and Identity in a Global Nation (September 13, 2024–January 5, 2025). Featuring artists from different generations and diverse backgrounds, the exhibition complicates notions of German identity, especially the idea of ethnic and cultural homogeneity.

The reception will begin at 6pm in the Naumburg Room on Level 2 of the museums, followed by a tour of the special exhibition at 7pm.

Partners events are designed especially for our supporters at this level, offering gallery tours, close-looking sessions, and other special programs led by curators, fellows, and other specialists.
