We use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our website by identifying (1) which parts of our site are most heavily used, and (2) which portion of our audience comes from within the Harvard network. If you give Harvard Art Museums permission, we may use Personal Information you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. For example, Harvard Art Museums will occasionally send emails to promote exhibitions and programs happening at the museums that may be of interest to you. If you willingly provide us with your email address to subscribe to an e-newsletter, this will be deemed permission for us to email you for any marketing or promotional purposes. 2. Friends Program
By joining Harvard Art Museums’ Friends program, your Personal Information will be entered into Harvard University’s customer relationship management database. Harvard Art Museums reserves the right to utilize the Personal Information provided when joining the Friends program and share this information with other reputable organizations, such as non-profits, other arts and cultural organizations, and companies.
