Join curators Elizabeth Rudy and Freyda Spira for a lively conversation about artists’ rivalries and competitions in four examples of European and American art spanning the 16th to the 20th century. This talk is inspired by the upcoming football game between Harvard and Yale, an annual matchup known as The Game. The curators will speak about works of art in both the Harvard Art Museums and the Yale University Art Gallery collections.
