The Harvard Art Museums will offer free admission to all visitors on Thursday, May 18, in celebration of International Museum Day, organized by the International Council of Museums (ICOM).

Take in the beauty of the Calderwood Courtyard before exploring three levels of magnificent art from around the world and across the centuries. Check out our special exhibition From the Andes to the Caribbean: American Art from the Spanish Empire, and then wander through the collections galleries and find your favorite artist or work of art.

Share your experience via social media, with the hashtag #MuseumDay; and tag us with #HarvardArtMuseums.

ICOM’s International Museum Day celebrates museums and raises awareness about their importance in society.
