Staff Profile

Sarah Lieberman assists the Division of Academic and Public Programs with interdisciplinary teaching at the museums. She also co-facilitates the Graduate Student Teacher Program, a school partnership between the Harvard Art Museums, Harvard University, and Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, the public high school in Cambridge. Trained in American studies, art history, and museum pedagogies, Lieberman is interested in the intersection of the arts, culture, civic engagement, and education. Her research and teaching have focused on fostering critical thinking, social-emotional learning, and cross-curricular connections through object-based learning.
