Staff Profile

Alyssa Martinez performs administrative tasks for the Archaeological Exploration of Sardis, including coordinating preparations for the annual expedition to Sardis, Turkey; facilitating organization of departmental records and their access; processing finances; and assisting with event logistics and outreach. Martinez has also helped organize several online lectures and tours, including the 2021 Sardis Biennial Lecture. She serves as the first point of contact for the department.
