Sanja Kugat oversees the museums’ visitor operations, which includes admissions, the shop, and the cafe, as well as all aspects of event planning and management. She places special emphasis on customer service and the delivery of the highest quality products. Her goal is to create an enhanced visitor experience during daily visits and at after-hours events and private parties.
