Lightbox Gallery Talk: Artificial Intelligence in Art and Design
Gallery Talk
Harvard Art Museums32 Quincy Street, Cambridge, MA
Maia Leandra, a Harvard undergraduate and a fellow at metaLAB (at) Harvard, will give today’s gallery talk.
Her project Color Rx uses a computer algorithm to diagnose a viewer’s subjective inputs and “prescribe a color” in response. Drawing on historical information from the Forbes Pigment Collection, the project explores the line between belief and truth, projection and reality, and color and illusion.
Free with museums admission. This talk is limited to 15 people and tickets are required. Ten minutes before the talk, tickets will become available at the admissions desk.
Please meet in the Calderwood Courtyard, in front of the digital screens between the shop and the admissions desk. Museums staff will be on hand to collect tickets.
