The skin on his chest and legs is covered in sores, and a woman kneeling behind him looks on with a pitying expression. At left, three men dressed in robes approach the man, all raising their hands to the sky. In the distance we see a city of small stone buildings and the last rays of the sun setting behind a mountain.
