Staff Profile

Veronica Ortega is the lead administrative support for the Elizabeth and John Moors Cabot Director of the Harvard Art Museums and manages the daily operations of the Director’s Office. Together with the administrative coordinator, Ortega ensures the needs of the senior members of the Director’s Suite (director, deputy director, and head curator) are met. She also assists with certain institution-wide activities, such as the coordination and distribution of communication to staff. Additionally, Ortega handles the scheduling and logistics of monthly all-staff meetings. Ortega has more than 10 years of experience supporting executive and senior leadership across Harvard University.
