Staff Profile

Jessica Ficken works with the division’s curator of the collection and assists curators in preparing permanent collections installations, special exhibitions and related publications, cataloguing projects, and collections research. She helps organize contemporary art exhibitions including, most recently, Reverie: Christopher Wilmarth, Before and After Mallarmé (2017), Corita Kent and the Language of Pop (2015–16), and Jesse Aron Green: Ärztliche Zimmergymnastic (2015). Her research interests focus on modern art and the iconographies of war-related trauma.
