Descriptions

Description
Obverse: Bust of emperor r., draped, cuirassed, with pearl diadem.
Reverse: Enwreathed monogram of Marcian (no. 2) with cross above.
Mintmark illegible, but combination of this monogram with cross surmounting could be: Constantinople (RIC X, 545), Nicomedia (RIC X, 551), Cyzicus (RIC X, 565), or Antioch (RIC X, 568).
