Descriptions Description Obv.: Bust of Christ (Type VIIb) facing, having long, slightly forked beard and cross nimbus with one pellet in each arm of cross, wearing tunic and himation; r. hand blessing inwards in sling of cloak, l. holds book, with 5-pellet design on cover, from beneath. Rev.: Latin cross with one large and two small pellets at each extremity, small cross at intersection, and pellet with floral ornaments to l. and r. at base. Above, crescents to l. and r.
