Obv.: Bust of the Virgin, facing, nimbate, orans, wearing tunic and maphorion. Triple linear border.
Rev.: Bust of Romanus facing, bearded, wearing modified loros and crown with cross and pendilia. In r. hand, patriarchal cross; in l., gl. cr. Triple linear border ornamented with four Delta's.
