The print shows two distinct ranges of mountains surrounded by white. On the left and to the back shows the face of a sleeping female, the face is crowned by the peak and surrounded by patches of red. Slightly behind are two smaller peaks. An area of white separates the ranges, in the center is another sleeping female face surrounded by patches of red. Three figures are seen in the center with long-handled poles ascending the mountain on the right. In the center foreground is a burning candle in a holder, a closed book is to the left.
