2004.132.8: Rigi and Pilatus
PrintsThe print show three large mountains separated by a river. The red peaked mountain on the left has a smiling female face. The mountain on the right has an older male face, wide strokes of white blow down either side of the chin from beneath a bulbous nose, a studded band separates the face from the peak. In the center distance is a wide-mouthed male face with a bulbous nose. On the far right two peaks have indistinct faces, there is range of white mountain peaks along the horizon. Along the bottom edge are twin spires and a tower.
