Title
Students protest against Proposition 187, Los Angeles, 1994. Proposition 187 was a California ballot initiative designed to prevent illegal immigrants’ access to state-funded services, including education and health care. Implementation was blocked, and a federal judge ruled it unconstitutional in 1997.
