[2] In the sixth edition (1910) of Katalog der Gemälde-Galerie: in amtlichem Auftrag, the works were still ducal property, but in the seventh edition (1915) they are no longer owned by the dukes. Per correspondence with Dr. Tanja Banesch (2021).
[3] The two panels were traded by the museum for two paintings by George Saal on December 5, 1930. Per correspondence with Dr. Tanja Banesch (2021).
