A barge or boat to be "donated" or rented, turned into a / sculpture, or appropriately decorated, to circle the Minn. / portions of the Miss., going up and down the locks; possibly / in connection with a tour of the mills. Costs anything from / $5,000.00 to 50,000.00; money to be retrieved by charging / admission; honor. included anywhere between $500.00 and / 5,000.00. / 5.)
