7.2019.24: A Red and White Striped Tulip (Admiral Victor)
DrawingsA drawing with watercolor depicts a single tulip with a green stem and white and red petals. The stem is short and straight with a single leaf protruding from the bottom. The leaf faces upwards with curved edges, a pointed tip, and two visible veins. There are six large, white petals with red streaks across the sides and top of each. Each petal has a pointed tip and one of the petal faces outwards rather than upwards. An abbreviation of the name of the piece “Admir; Victor” is present at the bottom right of the piece in gold lettering.
