2018.33.6.3: Unity (mylar/separation)
PrintsDaubs of gray or black ink washes are organized in a loose grid on off white paper with occasional drips or splashes. This vibrant network of marks reveals shapes that are revealed to be a group of figures in an interior. At top center-left is the torso and head of a dark skinned man in a suit and tie, facing us and looking right. A figure in a patterned dress is seated in a chair next to him at center right, and two smaller figures stand in front of them. A grid of window panes occupies the upper right corner.
