2018.12: Untitled (class portrait of a Catholic girl's school)
PhotographsThe girls all wear white bonnets and blouses of different patterns and long skirts. Many of them have their hands folded in their laps. A young nun sits on the right. Four small girls sit in the front row. No one is smiling, probably to sit still for the long exposure. Behind the group is drapery strewn over a board or wall. The image is delicate and low contrast overall, with a small amount of light blue haze occurring in some white areas and the background.
