- Description
- Painted plain weave cotton duck canvas fragment with knife cut edges and a white ground layer. The fragment has a partial turn edge and tacking margin with staple holes. The fragment is painted reddish orange up to the turn edge. There are accretions stuck to the paint surface and a scrap of kraft paper is stuck to a drip of paint on the raw canvas tacking margin.
