A poster with handwritten text and an illustration of a man in a hat and scarf

Spare lines and boldly colored shapes show a man in a large black hat looking to the left. He wears a serious expression and a large bright red scarf is draped around his neck and over his shoulder. His gloved hand emerges from a blue coat and he holds a wooden staff. The word, “AMBASSADEURS” handwritten in block letters runs the length of the top. Occupying the lower left corner is the handwritten phrase, “aristide BRUANT dans son cabaret”. Behind the man is a yellow wall which opens to a blue space at upper right, in which a silhouetted figure stands.
