2012.263: The Girls on the Bridge
PrintsAt lower left center we see from behind, a group of three women standing close to each other at the railing of a bridge. They each wear long dresses, the one closest to us in white, the next one in orange and the next in dark blue, as they all look away from us and down at the water.. Beyond them, the bridge runs straight to a road on the other shore, past white houses and a large leafy green tree which is reflected in the river. The sky is denoted by a series of thin, alternately blue and white vertical lines.
