The black and white photograph shows eight men standing in an open outdoor space. There is a man on the left wearing a light colored shirt and a combat helmet and holds a telephone receiver to his right ear. Behind him on the right is a man wearing a cloth hat facing the viewer with two cameras around his neck. In the center foreground is a bearded man with a cigar in dark clothing wearing a cloth cap looking right. Three men stand slightly behind him to the right. On the right side of the photograph is a man in a light colored shirt wearing a combat helmet facing left.
