Descriptions Description Obv.: Bust of Maurice facing, wearing cuirass, paludamentum and helmet with plume, diadem and pendilia. In right hand he holds the globe cruciger, over left shoulder fold of paludamentum. Rev.: Angel standing, facing, holding a long staff in r. hand surmounted by X P, and the globe cruciger in left.
