Descriptions Commentary Ubaldo Gandolfi was a noted member of Bologna's most distinguished dynasty of eighteenth-century artists. This characteristic academic nude can be compared with a number of other examples, in particular one in the Cini Foundation in Venice, where the same model appears. Publication History The Jeffrey E.
