The black and white drawing shows lip shaped object with a human eye in the center. The object is placed diagonally and to the left of center. The outline of a female form has one arm resting on the top, the other arm is raised to her head. Another female form hangs from the right side on the diagonal downward and to the right. An open hand extends from the left corner of the shape on the left down to the edge of the fan.
