Technical Observations: The patina is black and dark green and features brown burial accretions. The surface is well preserved. The toggle is a solid cast, probably from a model made directly in the wax. The incised lines and indentations on the bottom of the loop were made by cold working.

Descriptions

Description
The body of the toggle is widest at the center (1 cm in diameter), tapering to dull points at each end (3 mm in diameter). The toggle has a single vertical loop, which is at right angles with the central, raised torus at the center of the toggle’s body.
