The drawing depicts three nude figures seated together. A woman reclines center-page, her arms at her sides and her head resting near the waist of a man seated behind her. He is seated low with his left leg out before him, his right leg tucked beneath the reclining woman. His right hand raised and open, and his face is in profile, looking to the left of the page where his hand is also facing. A third figure is seated behind the man and woman in less detail, facing right toward the man and woman pair, with his arm resting on his chair-back. There are suggestions of different hand poses drawn in the upper right of the page and beneath the reclining woman.
