DrawingsThis black ink drawing shows Salome wearing a wide black coat with an intricate arabesque-style hem and a long, tasseled waist cord that is left untied. She sits on a large white ottoman with slender black legs. Salome’s back faces the viewer, her head turned right. In her right hand, she holds up a conductor’s baton.
