To request a higher resolution file of this image, please submit an online request. Descriptions Description Warrior wearing an elaborate helmet with a large plume-crest and long cheek pieces. Surface ornament of helmet imitates embossed metal with a palmette in front and two vegetable scrolls on either side. Helmet workmanship is careless. Brow ridge and eyelids are indicated. Front portion of face is reattached, crack around repair remains. Hard, reddish brown clay with traces of mica and gold pigment.
