- Description
- Amethyst intaglio. Flat face and slightly convex surface. A man sits in 3/4 profile facing right and holding a short staff or stick diagonally in front of his legs. His right leg is bent at the knee and resting on the rock on which he sits. The right leg is extended as he leans slightly back, resting his weight on his right hand. He is nude with a series of linear incisions modeling his torso.
