1960.390: Kantharos
VesselsOn the upper half of a two-handled bowl in black on red, two figures on horses and a dog wield spears and chase after a hooved animal which may be a deer. All of the animals charge forward, with only their rear legs touching the ground, and both figures have their spears raised as if to throw them. The lower half of the bowl and the handles are entirely black. The black paint is worn away in some places on the figures and in the painted black areas.
