G3228: Presentation in the Temple, with the Angel: Small Plate
PrintsLight enters from the upper left a winged figure is talking to the face of a woman in robes who’s looking at the old man. The angel is pointing to the baby. Five other people are kneeling around the baby in the old man’s arms, with more people behind them, in less detail, flow into the right side background showing a temple with steps and long curtain in the back. A small girl leans on the wall by herself on the right. The right side of the drawing has little detail.
