Portrait head of a man with curly hair turns to his right over his shoulder to look at the viewer.

The light-skinned man has an intense look in his eyes with a furrowed brow, dimpled chin, slight beard, and his hair is a bit wild and curly down to his collar. His lips are closed, his eyes are light and squinting a bit, his nose is slightly wide. The work is rendered in loose lines that give texture and movement to the work. The right side of his face is in slight shadow as light appears to be entering from the right, over his shoulder. Background is undefined.
