G148: Savonarola
PrintsA black-and-white print shows the head of a white, middle-aged man in profile. He wears a dark, tunic with a hood. The hood is up and covers his head. His eyes are open, his lips pursed, and he appears serious. The portrait is in the center of the page, surrounded by empty space. At the right edge of the figure’s tunic, the artist has inscribed his initials. Below the portrait, someone has written the name "Savonarola" in script, in pencil.
