M4274: Yvette Guilbert
PrintsA page of a book shows an illustration and a block of text both printed in olive on cream colored paper with a deckled edge. Several short paragraphs in French are offset to the left hand side, with two lines extending the full length of the page at the bottom. The space at left is taken up by a drawing of a woman in a sleeveless evening gown and dark arm length evening gloves. Lit from below, she holds her head back her eyes closed and her mouth down-turned. She holds her hands down and extending slightly outward from her sides.
