A ballerina balances on one toe and kicks high with her other foot.

Light lines with dark accents on off white paper depict a young woman dancing. She wears a tutu with a dark colored bodice and frilled shoulder straps and a light colored skirt. She faces toward us but turns her head to the right and smiles. With both arms extended outward and to the left, she balances on the toes of one foot and kicks her other leg high toward the right, with her knee almost at shoulder height, and her head bowing slightly below her toe. A short velvet curtain is on the wall behind her.
