M20130: Young Man with Short Hair
PrintsThe young man’s face is portrayed in three-quarter view as he looks and smiles at the viewer. A shaft of light enters from upper right, lighting the young man’s face from the right. The left side of his face and neck remain in shadow. It’s drawn in dramatic contrast of light and dark. His arms reach to the right of the print, right elbow bent as his hand points toward the right, light hitting the fingers. He’s wearing plain clothes, collarless jacket over a shirt, and has tight curly hair. The background is textured but undescribed.
