Paper cut in a circle has a series of sixteen small black and white photographs printed in a circle around the outer edge. The photos show in continuous sequence, a person’s chin as their mouth opens, their tongue emerges and licks a bright purple lollipop, and then retracts as the mouth closes again. Each photograph is separated from the next by a narrow slot and the center has a circular hole. In the white space around the hole, a line of text printed in a circle instructs,”SPIN COUNTERCLOCKWISE . OBSERVE IN MIRROR . IMPALE ON PENCIL . PEEP THROUGH SLOTS”.
