Description
Baluster on spreading foot, with applied molded mid-rib and tubular scroll handle with heart-shaped terminal and baluster drop molding, the hinged domed cover with openwork arcaded thumb-piece, the front engraved with an heraldic achievement on a later-applied oval cartouche suspended from ribbons and swags.
