Descriptions Description The drawing depicts Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu who is worshipped as a deity in his own right, seated in an elaborate pavilion with his consort, Radha. Krishna’s divine status is denoted by his halo with emanating rays. He holds a lotus with a long stem in his hand, the flower a reference to Vishnu.
