The top depicts a group of cows approaching a seated cow herder, on the right, playing a flute. He wears a turban and a long robe (jama). In front of him is a bow, a quiver full of arrows, a shield (dhal) and a sword. The middle register shows a young woman on her knees resting against a large drum. Her hair is in a bun and she wears a translucent veil over her head. Her sword’s scabbard is visible from her other side. The slightly damaged bottom register comprises a hilly landscape with a small hut and tree. A young woman is seated cross-legged outside of the hut. A small dog walks away from the hut and between two trees. In fourth register, there is a sketch of a figure seated cross-legged. Rajput style.
