A flat circular base with four short triangular legs supports a cylinder that curves sharply inward at the base, and then gently tapers toward the top. The opening at the top is ringed by a ridge that flares outward slightly, and the body of the cylinder is divided into four segments by horizontal ridges. Each ridge has a narrow margin above and below it of a repeating floral design. Between the two margins, the two middle segments are incised with geometric designs of stars and crosses that interlock. The top and bottom segments feature Persian script between the decorative margins.
