Descriptions
- Description
- Cuff band with two rows of a three-lobed repeating foliage motif; each leaf sprouts two small heart-shaped leaves from its base. The decorative bands terminate with areas of solid purple. Areas of warp were left open before and after the tapestry woven bands as a decorative detail. Plain woven undyed linen surrounds and separates the bands.
