548 Miniature Statuette of a Man_
Gray-green jade figure, summarily carved from a small rhombic prism. Wearing a hat shaped like an inverted truncate cone surmounted by a narrow, more or less cylindrical top, the man stands stiffly, with his hands joined across the stomach. He wears a long, plain gown that widens toward the bottom, where it is marked by a horizontal groove. Below the elbow is a transverse perforation. Western Han(?).
