Catalogue entry no. 428 by Max Loehr:

428 Dragon with Bird’s Head
Opaque, cream-colored and whitish jade, somewhat calcified. The gracious beast is distinguished by a bird’s head with curved crest and a pair of curved wings—in addition to three small, claw-like appendages and a second wing issuing tangentially form the convolute tail. The long, sinuous body, resembling that of a dragon, is covered with plastic curls. Perforated at top center. Later Eastern Chou.
